• You must be at least 18 years old to use Pairly.
• By using the platform, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Pairly may take action against accounts or sessions suspected of misrepresenting age.

• Pairly can be used without creating an account, as a guest, for core features including text, voice, and video chat.
• Creating an account is optional and enables saving chats, friend requests, and subscription management.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs during your session or under your account.
• Guest sessions are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity; see our Privacy Policy for details.

• Pairly offers a free tier and optional paid subscription tiers (Premium and Super Premium) with additional features such as priority matching, filters, and extended call access.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Prices and included features may change with reasonable notice.

• Illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, spamming, phishing, or fraud are strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, automation tools, or scraping platform data is forbidden.
• Sharing sexually explicit content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or content promoting violence will result in an immediate and permanent ban, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Reverse-engineering, unauthorized access, or interference with Pairly's systems is prohibited.

• Pairly matches you with other users based on your stated preferences (such as language). Matches are not guaranteed.
• If no real match is available, you may be connected with Pairly AI - this is always clearly disclosed and is never presented as a real person.
• Video calls include automated content screening for safety purposes. This screening does not guarantee prevention of all harmful content.
• You are responsible for what you say and share during any conversation or call.
• Pairly does not support sharing photos, videos, or file attachments through chat, voice, or video calls, by design.

• Reports can be submitted at any time and are reviewed by Pairly.
• Pairly may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice where safety or legal compliance requires it.
• Pairly's reporting tools are for platform safety and are not a substitute for contacting emergency services in urgent situations.

• You retain ownership of content you share on Pairly.
• By sharing content on the platform, you grant Pairly a limited license to transmit and display it as necessary to operate the service (e.g., delivering your messages to a chat partner).
• Pairly may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• Pairly is provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or specific outcomes from matches or conversations.
• Pairly is not liable for the conduct of other users, or for damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Use of Pairly is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Data handling follows applicable data protection laws in the regions we operate.
• You may exercise applicable rights over your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Pairly operates.
• Legal notices should be sent to legal@pairly.chat.

• Pairly may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or policy updates.
• Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email where applicable.
• Continued use of Pairly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
